As a coach and organizational consultant, I help clients explore their needs and aspirations at a deeper level, navigate barriers, consider different perspectives, and expand possibilities for growth. My senior leadership and business experience enable me to quickly contextualize situations to support my clients in achieving their desired changes and outcomes.

MY STORY

I’m passionate about leading and developing people.

My grandfather started a grocery store and specialty meat business where my father worked for his entire life. I joined them at age 10, running the cash register from atop a milk crate, and worked there until I graduated from college. My grandfather and father were very different leaders, and it took both of their personalities to sustain a successful business. My grandfather’s drive for success, strategic agility, and high standards complimented my father’s deeply caring nature and ability to connect with people.

I integrate the strengths of my grandfather and father into my work, operating with a combined head and heart philosophy. I invest my clients’ goals, pushing and stretching them to be the best they can, all with a big dose of heart.

Contextualizing organizational challenges lays the foundation for effective and meaningful change. I begin all of my projects by understanding the business strategy and immersing in the existing culture. I listen and observe from multiple vantage points, including but not limited to: Conducting interviews, observing meetings, facilitating focus groups, attending town halls, etc. When coaching individuals and/or leadership teams, I also conduct Hogan Assessments and 360s to identify strengths, potential derailers, increase self-awareness, and foster ownership of shared responsibilities.

In my experience, leadership and organizational challenges don’t neatly conform to one-size-fits-all strategies. Establishing collaborative partnerships with my clients ensures our approach is purpose-built, intentional, and grounded in achieving actual business goals and big-picture strategy. We will work together to understand what the data from the evaluation phase means and devise an action plan with clearly defined outcomes.
