I’m about creating transformational, lasting change in leaders and organizations across the globe. My engagements are typically 6 months - 1 year in duration with a focus on creating sustainable change backed by measurable outcomes.

While most of our work together can be done virtually via Teams or Zoom, I enjoy meeting clients in-person early in the process so that we can get to know each other. Certain work with leadership teams is best done in-person, and I’m no stranger to jumping on a plane and/or meeting in your time zone. Finally, while we will have a routine meeting cadence, when “stuff” happens, know that I’m always accessible and just a phone call away.

Executive Coaching
Working with a leadership coach can be professionally and personally transformational while leading to increased effectiveness and positively impacting organizational performance. Team Effectiveness
Leadership teams set the tone and drive the culture in an organization. It’s critical that they operate in an aligned and healthy manner. This requires intentional focus on how the team operates.
I assess teams and aid with strategic alignment, change management, personality styles, and establishing shared values and team norms.
The Hogan Assessment and 360 Feedback
The Hogan Assessment provides valuable insights that can enhance individual and team performance. 360 feedback provides multi-rater input designed to help leaders understand how their peers, managers and direct reports view their performance. These tools can be conducted as standalone instruments or combined to provide individuals and teams with actionable insights to enhance individual and team performance.


Interim/Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer
An interim CHRO/People Officer infuses expertise and leadership just when you need it. Perhaps your company isn’t large enough for a full-time head of HR, or maybe you need temporary support to fill a vacancy. I can step in and align your business strategy with an integrated talent strategy and provide leadership to the Sr. team and your HR function.
Our Process

Initial Chemistry Call
In a brief 30-minute call, we’ll discuss your current leadership and organizational needs. If we’re a great match, I’ll follow up with an email outlining the services most appropriate to your challenge.

6-Month to 1-Year Typical Engagement
We’ll work together to craft your strategy, agree on final deliverables, and determine specific and measurable indicators of success. Additionally, your senior team will have 24-hour access to me.

Ongoing Support as Needed
I’m committed to your long-term success. After the conclusion of our initial contract, you will always have the option to engage me for recurring check-ins and tune-ups down the road.
