I’m about creating transformational, lasting change in leaders and organizations across the globe. My engagements are typically 6 months - 1 year in duration with a focus on creating sustainable change backed by measurable outcomes.

While most of our work together can be done virtually via Teams or Zoom, I enjoy meeting clients in-person early in the process so that we can get to know each other. Certain work with leadership teams is best done in-person, and I’m no stranger to jumping on a plane and/or meeting in your time zone. Finally, while we will have a routine meeting cadence, when “stuff” happens, know that I’m always accessible and just a phone call away.

Initial Chemistry Call

In a brief 30-minute call, we’ll discuss your current leadership and organizational needs. If we’re a great match, I’ll follow up with an email outlining the services most appropriate to your challenge.

6-Month to 1-Year Typical Engagement

We’ll work together to craft your strategy, agree on final deliverables, and determine specific and measurable indicators of success. Additionally, your senior team will have 24-hour access to me.

Ongoing Support as Needed

I’m committed to your long-term success. After the conclusion of our initial contract, you will always have the option to engage me for recurring check-ins and tune-ups down the road.

    Two main elements define my approach: My personal leadership experience and my fully-customizable offerings. I know what it feels like to attend mandatory organizational culture meetings that are just another checklist item and don’t result in any tangible change. I dive deep into the heart of your organization’s challenges, build a bespoke approach with your input, iterate based on insights, and commit to embedding the strategies and behaviors necessary to drive sustainable change.     I have 20+ years global leadership experience, a Master’s of Science in Administration, and completed Georgetown University’s prestigious Leadership Coaching program. I am also credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

  • Who is your typical client/organization?
    I routinely work with CEOs and senior leaders in small, medium, and large organizations across a number of industries.
  • What work drives in person versus virtual?
    I have found that teamwork is best done on-site. 1:1 meetings are typically held virtually after initial in-person meetings.
  • How do you measure results?
    All desired outcomes and results are tied to business objectives and strategy, mutually agreed upon, and bespoke to your challenge. For coaching clients, this will take the form of a development plan.
  • Can I work with you privately 1:1 without my employer’s involvement?
    While I prefer to contract with organizations, there are situations where it makes sense for a leader to work privately with WLS without their employer’s involvement.
  • What geography does WLS serve?
    The world! As long as there is internet and an airport, there are no geographical constraints. HQ for WLS is Philadelphia.
